Refund Explanation

If the order has not been shipped and payment has not taken more than 24 hours, you can request a refund and cancel the order at any time.

If the order has not yet been shipped and payment has taken more than 24 hours, you can request a refund at any time, subject to a $5 USD service charge.

If the order has been shipped but does not arrive in your region, we will only return 70% of the value of the item, the shipping and prepaid taxes are non-refundable, and we will refund you when the item is returned to the warehouse.

If the order has already been shipped and arrived in your area, we will not refund if the Courier package is abandoned because the buyer does not cooperate with customs clearance or for other reasons.

We have a 10-day return policy, please make a return within 10 days after the logistics display or sign for receipt.

In order to qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email [support@cpct.cn] or online customer service for registered users. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address. Packages that return goods directly to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
